In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a cv499 platform user.

The following general bonus rules apply to all cv499 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds. Real-money balance is wagered first before bonus funds are applied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of credit. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity window are forfeited automatically.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• cv499 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of modification will not be retroactively affected by changes to the wagering requirement, but may be affected by changes to validity periods where operationally necessary.

Where abuse is identified, cv499 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the implicated accounts.

In the event of a technical interruption during a live game round, the following rules apply:

In-play bets accepted after the triggering event (e.g., a wicket that falls before the bet is registered on the system) may be voided at cv499's discretion. Final settlement may be delayed where official results are subject to review or amendment by the relevant governing body.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cv499 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, interact with games, or perform any action on the platform that would otherwise require human input.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any competitive betting context.
• Exploiting software errors or glitches — if you identify a bug that produces unintended payouts or behaviour, you must report it to [email protected] immediately rather than exploiting it. Winnings generated through known or suspected glitches will be voided.
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing a self-exclusion, or evading a previous account suspension.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. cv499 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of financial crime and is required to report suspicious transaction patterns.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification, including submitting forged or altered documents.

Upon verified closure, any remaining real-money balance in the account will be returned to the player via the last-used payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied. cv499 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player is found to have registered multiple accounts in violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software is identified on the account.
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The account is involved in a chargeback dispute.
• cv499 is required to close the account pursuant to applicable legal obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cv499 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including both deposited funds and winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Players wishing to contest an account closure decision may submit a formal dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of the closure.

Players who self-exclude through cv499's responsible gaming tools are subject to specific re-activation conditions set out on the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once applied.

While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, free of interruptions, or free of technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv499's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to cv499 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. cv499 shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits cv499's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

cv499 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cv499 will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the cv499 platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
